Educate! Facilitate! Innovate! was founded by Ann Marie Calistro in 1998 after discovering her attraction to running meetings and her addiction to the spontaneity of group facilitation.  Building on ten years experience as an I/T business analyst, she completed facilitation training (1991), through MG Rush Systems. The evolution to facilitating classroom learning during the quality improvement days and then ideation and innovation in the mid-90s has added to our service offerings. Ann Marie is an IAF^TM Certified Professional Facilitator and an WLPI instructor for the Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
